Campaign Terms & Conditions
1. These Terms and Conditions govern the rules and requirements for conducting and participating in the Promotional Campaign “Ferries” More.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”), which is binding and mandatory for all participants.
2. The organizer of the Campaign is the company under the name “MORE.COM ONLINE SERVICES SINGLE MEMBER SA” with the trade name “MORE.COM ONLINE SERVICES” established and operating under Greek law, headquartered in Maroussi, Attica, 18-20 Amarousiou - Chalandriou, PC 15125, with GEMI number 006549001000 and VAT number 998988329, Tax Office of KEFODE Attica.
3. The Campaign runs from 23 June 2025 to 30 June, 2025 (hereinafter the “Campaign Duration”).
4. Any individual who has reached the age of 18 and, during the Campaign Duration, purchases tickets worth one hundred (100) euros or more in a single order for ferry tickets is eligible to participate (hereinafter the “Participant”).
5. Each user who purchases ferry tickets worth one hundred (100) euros or more in a single order through the More.com platform will automatically receive a unique coupon code for redemption on a future ferry ticket order.
6. The coupon received by the Participant can be used as follows:
• The value of each coupon is ten (10) euros.
• Each coupon can be used only once, is strictly personal, non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash and cannot be combined with other coupons or offers.
• Each coupon is valid until 30 September 2025.
• If a coupon is used on a purchase over €100, a new coupon will not be provided.
7. These terms apply supplementally to the Terms of Use of the More.com platform, as published at https://www.more.com/gr-en/tickets/terms/.
8. MORE.COM reserves the right to modify these terms unilaterally at any time and/or to revoke/discontinue the Campaign or change its duration or any other term by posting the relevant amendment on this website. MORE.COM assumes no liability for the aforementioned modifications. MORE.COM may also terminate or cancel the Campaign at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including commercial, operational, public interest or force majeure reasons.
9. MORE.COM will maintain a record of participants' personal data exclusively for the purposes of the Campaign, in compliance with applicable law. The personal data collected will be treated as confidential and processed according to the Security and Data Protection Policy, as published at https://www.more.com/gr-en/tickets/security-and-data-protection-policy/. Each Participant has the right to request in writing (including via email) the deletion of their personal data from the aforementioned record.
10. These terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute arising from these terms and the Campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens.
