By rules, ticket cancellations or changes are not permitted.
Nonetheless, every event organizer has a different policy on that, please check on the event’s page at “Description” tab.
If the policy allows cancellation or change contact More.com Bot to help you register your request.
If ticket cancellations are permitted for an event, in accordance with the organizer's policy, then you can proceed with the cancellation quickly and easily through your order page on More.com, either via the app or by logging in through your browser.
The basic requirement is that you are logged into your More.com account and that the email address for the account is the same as the one used to complete the order.
From the specific order you want to cancel, select Cancellation, choose which tickets you want to cancel, and confirm the action.
Your refund (for card or viva personal account transactions) will be processed automatically within 1-6 business days, and you will be notified by email.
Important note: In case of cancellation of the tickets, the service fee is non-refundable.
