For tickets received from the port
If you have received your tickets in paper form from the port, you will have to issue new tickets, as the ferry companies do not provide for a cancellation or replacement procedure for lost tickets.
In this case, contact the ferry company directly so that they can inform you of the procedure to follow.
For tickets purchased through our website and there is an option to save the e-ticket
If your booking was made through our website and on the confirmation page you have the option to save the e-ticket, you can download your ticket again from the confirmation page. If you cannot find it, you can contact us at support@more.com
For tickets with WEB CHECK-IN
If you have completed the WEB CHECK-IN, you will need to contact the relevant ferry company to find out the procedure for replacing your tickets.
