How can I collect my tickets?

The confirmation of the reservation that you receive via email, includes all the important details required for the collection of tickets according to your choice during the booking process, but it is not considered a ticket!

The system will give you the following options for receiving your tickets:


- Pick up from the port, at a central agency of the ferry company
- E-ticket that you receive via email with your booking confirmation.
​- E-ticket : via Online check-in (WEB CHECK-IN), usually available 48 hours before the ferry's departure. Using the ferry company’s booking reference, you can complete the check-in and either download your e-tickets or store them on your mobile device.

Important note: Once you have received your tickets, for any cancellation or modification you must send a request to support@more.com and then send us the hard copies of your tickets by post or contact one of the cooperating central agencies of the ferry company at the port of departure.
