The payment is completed but i can’t download my ticket.

If you’ve received an email titled “Thank you for your order” but you see a message saying that the service fee payment was not completed, it means that although your ticket payment went through successfully, the service fee remains unpaid.

In the email you received, there’s a clear notification and a “Pay” button. Just click on it to immediately complete the pending payment and finalize your order.

If the service fee payment is not completed, the order will be automatically canceled and the amount will be refunded to your account.

Please note that the service fee is essential for the platform’s operation and helps ensure the smooth and secure processing of your tickets.
