I haven’t received my tickets for the game – What should I do?

No worries! If you've completed your purchase but haven't found your tickets in your email yet, there are a few simple steps you can take:

📬 First, check the following:

  • Spam/junk folder – Sometimes tickets end up there by mistake.

  • Email address – Make sure there were no typos in the email you entered during checkout.

  • Your More.com account – Log in and check your order under "My Orders".

🔁 Still can't find them?

If you're still having trouble, contact us by email at support@more.com or via Live Chat, providing the details you used during your purchase so we can resend your tickets.

⏰ Outside support hours?

If you need assistance outside of our customer support hours, you can reach out directly to the event organizer. Their contact details can be found on the event page, in the "Organizer" section located just below the event image.
