I created an account at More.com just as I was about to complete my booking and I don't have any tickets – What happened?

If you created an account during the booking process, your purchase hasn’t been completed yet.

📌 What to do:
First, complete your registration and then log in again with your credentials to start a new booking.

Do the seats appear as reserved?
No worries! The system holds the seats you selected for 20 minutes.

🔁 Once the 20 minutes have passed, the seats will be released and you’ll be able to select them again.
