Our platform does not store your card details for security and data protection reasons. If you see saved card details, they are likely stored by other services or in your browser.
📌 If you have a Viva.com account:
You can log in to your account through the Viva.com website or app. Then, go to your account settings or the saved payments section. There, you’ll find your saved card details and you can edit or delete them.
📌 If your card details are saved in your browser:
You can delete or change them by following the steps below, depending on the browser you use:
For Google Chrome:
Open Google Chrome on your computer.
Click the menu (three vertical dots) at the top right.
Select Settings.
On the left, go to Autofill and then Payments.
There you can view and delete your saved card details.
For Microsoft Edge:
Open Microsoft Edge on your computer.
Click the menu (three dots) at the top right.
Select Settings.
On the left, go to Autofill.
Select Payments, where you can view or delete your saved card details.
