How can I cancel my subscription?

Subscription Cancellation Instructions:

1) Through your More.com Account: You need to maintain an account on more.com. From your profile, go to Subscriptions and from there select the subscription you want to manage.

Specifically:

a) Select your profile (top right) and choose "My profile"

b) Select Subscriptions

c) Cancellation of Subscription

2) Through the email: you can choose to view your subscription through the email you have received. On the subscription page, you can check the plan, the renewal period and the next billing date. If you wish, you can of course cancel the subscription immediately.

Extra Info :

  • If the card is about to expire or you want to make an amendment, you will need to make a new purchase.

  • If your subscription expires in X amount of time and you cancel the auto-renewal, you will have access to the service until the expiry of the period you have purchased.
