I have only received the billing receipt and not the tickets, what should I do?

It's possible that the email containing your tickets has been filtered into your promotions or spam folder. Please check the “Spam” or “Offers” file in your email.

For your convenience, I suggest you move the email to the main tab (inbox), so that you can see the emails in your inbox next time.

However, you can find your entire order history within your more.com account. If you haven't created an account yet, you can do it quickly and easily now here. As long as the phone and email combination are the same as the contact information you provided in your past orders, your tickets will automatically show up in your account!

If you experience any issue, please contact us via our Live chat page, mentioning your order code, so that your tickets can be resent.

To find your 10-digit order code, you'll need to refer to your transaction receipt sent by Viva.com and select the relevant option to download it.

Once the relevant proof is opened, it will be referred to as a Merchant Order Code.
