I completed the purchase, but it says "Delayed Ticket Delivery." What does that mean?

When Delayed Ticket Delivery is enabled for an event, the way you receive your tickets changes slightly. Here’s everything you need to know 👇

What is “Delayed Ticket Delivery”?

For some events, the organizer chooses to activate tickets at a specific date and time (for example, a few days or hours before the event) in order to prevent unauthorized resale of tickets.
This means your tickets are included in your order as usual, but they won’t be available for download or scanning until the scheduled activation time.

What changes in your order confirmation email?

Right after completing your purchase, you’ll receive your usual order confirmation email.
However, when Scheduled Ticket Delivery is active:

  • You won’t see barcodes or QR codes in the confirmation email.

  • You won’t be able to download or save your tickets (PDF, wallet, etc.) from that first email.

  • Instead, you’ll see a notification message informing you of:

    • the date, and

    • the time when your tickets will be activated.

Don’t worry — your purchase is complete. The tickets will simply “unlock” later.

When will your tickets be activated?

Your tickets will be activated on the exact date and time set by the organizer and the latest tickets can be activated is 24 hours before the event.

Once they are activated:

  • You’ll receive a new email letting you know that your tickets are now available.

How can you download your tickets?

After receiving the activation email:

  1. You can download your tickets directly from that email
(PDF or any other available download options).

  2. You can also access them through your account:

    • Log in to the website.

    • Go to your Order Details page.

    • From there, you can view or download your tickets.

Quick reminders

  • Not seeing tickets in your confirmation email is normal when Scheduled Ticket Delivery is enabled.

  • Keep the confirmation email — it shows when your tickets will be activated.

  • Your actual tickets will be available:

    • in the activation notification email, and

    • in the Order Details page of your account.

If the activation time has passed and you still haven’t received your tickets, feel free to contact us for assistance.
