Can I change my adult ticket to a child ticket, or vice versa?
During the first renewal period, an adult ticket cannot be automatically converted to a child ticket, nor can a child ticket be converted to an adult ticket. This is because ticket prices are set in the system based on last season’s schedule and ticket holders’ attendance records.
To make the change, you must first contact us so that it can be done manually in the system:
