How is my attendance tracked?
Your attendance records are automatically generated through the Access Control system and correspond to the matches during which your season ticket was scanned at the stadium entrance.
Why do attendance records matter?
Your attendance records determine:
• Whether you are eligible for renewal in the 1st Period (at least 14 attendances required).
• Whether you are eligible for the additional 5% discount (20+ attendances required).
• Whether you can change your seat or gate in the 2nd Period (14+ attendances required).
