18. This is not a house rule we have chosen — it follows from the Bulgarian Child Protection Act, which prohibits children under 14 from being in a public place after 20:00, and children aged 14 to 18 after 22:00, unless accompanied by a parent, guardian or another adult caring for them. Our Events run past 22:00.
In practice, therefore: anyone under 18 must be accompanied throughout by a parent or guardian, or by an adult over 18 holding written parental authorization. The accompanying adult must hold their own valid ticket, must remain with the minor for the whole time on site, and must leave the site together with them.
We are legally obliged to apply this and our security staff have no discretion to waive it. Please do not put a 16-year-old and our gate team in that position.
