The confirmation of the reservation that you receive via email, includes all the important details required for the collection of tickets according to your choice during the booking process, but it is not considered a ticket!

The system will give you the following options for receiving your tickets:


- From the port
- E-ticket


Important note: Once you have received your tickets, for any cancellation or modification you should send us the tickets by courier to our offices or contact the central agencies of the ferry company.
