At the top right of the page, under Login you can create your personal account!

or alternatively, you can create a new account by entering your email and password.
From the email you will receive, follow the instructions to identify your account and you are ready!
The account will now automatically bring all your orders - old and new - as long as they have the same combination of email and phone number as your account.

Whether future, past or cancelled, all your orders will appear in the "My Orders" section within your account. We should point out that Account automatically brings up all your orders - old and new - as long as they have the same email and phone number combination as your account.
Ticket Cancellation
If ticket cancellations are permitted for an event, in accordance with the organizer's policy, then you can proceed with the cancellation quickly and easily through your More.com account, either via the app or by logging in through your browser.
From the specific order you want to cancel, select Cancellation, choose which tickets you want to cancel, and confirm the action.
Your refund (for card or viva personal account transactions) will be processed automatically within 1-6 business days, and you will be notified by email.
