I haven’t received my e-ticket. What should I do?

It's possible that the email containing your tickets has been filtered into your promotions or spam folder. Please check the “Spam” or “Offers” file in your email.

However, you can find your entire order history within your more.com account. If you haven't created an account yet, you can do it quickly and easily now here. As long as the phone and email combination are the same as the contact information you provided in your past orders, your tickets will automatically show up in your account!

If you experience any issue, contact us via email at support@more.com or via Live chat, indicating the details you entered during purchase, so that your tickets can be resent.
